- I just have to point out that you have to seek admission from every federal court you want to argue before. Yes, some of them you can waive into, but some of them you can't. This will not work.

- And they aren't even taking volunteers, they're requiring US Attorneys' offices to designate people. This makes NO sense. Forcing people into the field who have families and lives all to defend ICE brutality is going to absolutely gut the 913 US Attorneys offices nationwide. Full stop.
- "Here, you, emergency strike force team, go to St. Paul and argue in front of judges who do not know you, and with whom you have no local familiarity with procedures and practices, and try to defend the undefendable until we send you somewhere else to do it again." I would quit. In a heartbeat.
