- Is it wrong of me to try to adopt a dog the same breed as Molly who passed away last April? Is it because I'm trying to replace her? Will I just be comparing the dog to molly? Should I just go and adopt a different dog? Please I really need help about this. Thank you
- Nope, so long as the newcomer isn't expected to be the same. We're on Standard Poodle numbers 4, 5, and 6 and love getting to know each unique dog's personality.

- Thanks. Say hello if you're nearby again. Not that much to do here. Mostly I recommend zooming through on the way to Cape Hatteras & Ocracoke or Corolla or Cape Lookout/Beaufort.

- Visited Elizabeth NJ a couple of years ago to buy a car. I was surprised how nice a community I found there. Aside from Newark Airport that's all of NJ I've seen.
- Were you in Rockingham County when Fritz Klenner was busy (Bitter Blood)? My ancestors settled around the Haw River apparently around the time of the Revolutionary War. Mostly scattered now but I grew up visiting many relatives along Glencoe Loop off US 158.
- Guilford County, High Point, grew up in Greensboro, also lived in Reston & Richmond VA a while. Yes, we had 8"+ here, didn't leave the neighborhood until today.
- The next time you come through try interstate barbecue on 3rd Street or the barbecue shop on Madison avenue. It's worth the 10-hour drive. 😂
- Interstate or Barbecue Shop. But the boy just moved to Spokane so we might not get there for a while. We enjoyed gelato near the Civil Rights Museum/Larraine Motel, maybe it was Zio Matto? Mmm. Also coffee, maybe Dr Bean's. Wish the river model next to the river had been working. Very cool.
- You are so right. I was in Madison NC last year and I saw a barbecue place named 'fuzzies', the name kept me from trying it. We have world class barbecue! 😁
- Fuzzies! There's a somewhat famous one in Reidsville, Short Sugars, but I've not tried it. Lexington (NC) BBQ I find ok, but nothing to brag about. Mostly for me it's Memphis or KC. Jack Stack in KC I found tasty.
