Oops. I thought about before & after pictures while assembling tonight's pizza, and then spaced it until 2 hours after stuffing my face. It was tasty and (if you squint) almost vaguely circular. Plan was to split for small pizzas, but plans of mice and men (neither of which were on the pizza)...
