- I did a brief dive into pub history for The Bookshop, The Draper... and they really are unique, and incredibly important, both historically and as today. I know several community owned pubs which are fantastic and show they can still play a real role, well beyond being just a boozer.
- I don’t drink alcohol so why am I passionate about #ukpubs. The answer is because they provide communities with unique social spaces. They are economically, socially and culturally important. They are sites of our national and local history and heritage
