- As a clinician, you might think you're not interested in "flow", "management", "operations"... ...but it matters. If we don't have a weather eye on how patients access and move through our healthcare systems, a little trolley in a corridor here and there will turn into this before we've noticed:
- Poor time management. Take your breaks. Delegate appropriately. Trust your colleagues. Be less arrogant.

- Goodness yes. This doesn't just apply on the macro, being a charlatan, level. This applies to your day to day work. If it looks bad, please offer up an honest appraisal to your patient. If you don't, someone will still have to, and it *will* be at a worse time.
- The sordid details of this rip-off of the Great British public are finally coming to light. Absolutely appalled, sadly not especially surprised.

- OK Aussies, and #medsky folks, I've seen some pretty excellent starter packs/lists, but not much with an Aussie focus beyond some climate/ecology themes. Can anyone prove me wrong?
