About the spaghetti sauce I made at 1am. I added nutmeg for the first time on recommendation from a friend. I don’t measure, I just shake away and shake I did, over & over again! Then I remembered nutmeg poisoning …down the rabbit hole I went. Now, I’m afraid to eat the sauce😳

If you put more than 120 mg of nutmeg in that sauce it's going to be inedible as well as poisonous!
