Subtle, quiet, dark, mature, and thought-provoking visual horror novel. More of an experience than a game:

#visualnovel #indiegame #horrorgame #gamedevjust looking at your posts, the art style is really interesting
Hehe, thanks! I'm happy with how it turned out. It's pseudo-ASCII, came from experimenting, but looks pretty neat.
Was AI used in this one?
The short answer is no!
The long answer is that I do write with Grammarly, which can suggest and help fix grammar. It can also help find alternative words and rephrase a sentence, which is great, especially for someone writing in a foreign language. 😁
I was referring to the art. Nice of you being transparent about that. Didn't meant to offend, but I'm a sucker for that type of game/graphics since the first yames title and navigating through Steam have been hell.
Absolutely, no offense taken! It's getting increasingly hard to "avoid" AI as it's in so many tools. The art is a mixture of photos, photo manipulation, and drawings. It's pseudo-ASCII, under the hood, pixel art, with sub-pixel texture and a shader. 😁
unrelated to this discussion this process is just really neat, gotta try that sometimes
