- I call this the "uh oh". The missing link for everyone that's been told they aren't autistic because they "don't struggle with empathy". There are layers to it, but in general a neurotypical selfishly differentiates empathy as matching "neurotypical empathy" unaware of autistic empathy.
- Just learned about something that unlocked a new level of self- and world-understanding for me. The "Double Empathy Problem" with #Autism In other words: Why I originally believed I cannot possibly be #autistic, because empathy comes naturally to me. Just that people misunderstand me a lot, too.
