- Reposted by Bart DebeerI have been warning for months that he is going to try to steal the election. That is why my law firm is litigating 80 voting cases with more on the way. It is also why I tell people to sign up for Democracy Docket to stay imformed. hubs.ly/Q03M8rql0
- Trump: "These people were brought to our country to vote, & they vote illegally. The Republicans should say, we should take over the voting in at least 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting. We have states that I won that show I didn't win. You're gonna see something in Georgia"

- Reposted by Bart DebeerUnattributed, Canadian soldiers admire the Canadian War Memorial at St. Julien, ca. 1944*, LAC MIKAN 4233269. *The date range given to this entire collection of WW2 photographs in colour is 1943-1965. Finding the midway point from 1943-1945 is our best guess.

- Reposted by Bart DebeerHow does the #FWW look when the story is driven by loss, hope and unanswered questions? This month we watch 'A Very Long Engagement'. It centres on Mathilde, who refuses to accept her fiancé has died after being condemned by a French military tribunal. 🗃️ ohwhatalovelypodcast.co.uk/podcast/a-ve...

It’s an Austrian impluvium and pump house, for collecting and distributing rainwater on a limestone mountain (Zugna) with no natural water sources. It connected to this pumping facility nearer the front lines. #TiTM
- Reposted by Bart DebeerSilk postcards are avidly collected, though examples like this one, faded and grubby, are likely to be overlooked. But there is something about its message, ‘a kiss from the trenches’, that draws the eye and sponsors reflection: a simple message of love from a frontline soldier of the Great War
