- This week, we also saw the #EuropeanSocialCharter reflected strongly in @alain-berset.coe.int annual report and the new @coe.int Strategy on the Environment. Both developments reflect the Charter’s growing profile & the increasing recognition of its relevance in a time of democracy under pressure.
