This is one of the biggest attacks on science we have ever seen. It could dismantle the biomedical research system, shut down clinical trials, and halt development of treatments.
- This is a very useful explainer on why the proposed cuts to incorrect costs on NIH grants will be so damaging. This won’t just hurt medical research, it will gut our universities. And yes, it is illegal to make a cut like this without approval of Congress.
