- I have lived most of my life under the ruling of one party in #Venezuela, which led to many of us fleeing. More Venezuelans have left their country than Syrians or Ukrainians. Please don’t make easy judgments based on your Global North view if you didn’t know much about us until recently.
- It was an appropriate and heartbreaking speech at the Nobel Peace prize ceremony today: “As we sit here in Oslo City Hall, innocent people are locked away in dark cells in Venezuela. They cannot hear the speeches given today – only the screams of prisoners being tortured”

- Reposted by Gabriela Molina LeónHere we have Johannes Ellemose giving his #ieeevis 2025 talk on “Eye of the Beholder 🧿: Towards Measuring Visualization Complexity”. Is there something intrinsic about a visualization that can be used to characterize its complexity? Johannes connected several studies to investigate this.

- Here is to hoping that this attention wave brings us closer to regaining democracy in #Venezuela. Please inform yourself about the systematic violation of human rights in our country, vastly documented over the last decade.

Start following people This way when people see you in their new followers, they will have an idea of who you are, what you will post about.
