- Imagine you're looking into a kaleidescope: your attention constantly jumps from one vivid picture to another. The same happens with our inner focus of attention- it constantly from one worry to another. And for us, these "jumpings" are so familiar that we do even notice them.
- Try to remember, when was the last time you told yourself something like,"don't worry it's going to be okay" or "pull yourself together and do it" ? Most likely, these phrases didn't help you cope with anxiety or procrastination...
- When you experience strong emotions, your brain only holds its attention to what makes you angry, scares and annoys you. All your thoughts are revolving around -"he\she is always like that", "he/she doesn't care", "he/she can't hear me", all of this is definitely going to end badly.😤

- Intention is very important, a person can say or do something out of stupidity, ignorance, inexperience. But when a person does something on purpose, like if they intentionally want to hurt you, harm you, behave somehow, this is when the line goes and becomes clear. YOU ACT ACCORDINGLY
- The more you want to get rid of something, the harder it is. Your task is to stop trying to resist intrusive thoughts. The force of action is equal to the force of opposition!. KEEP THIS IN MIND
