- I’d certainly be interested in talking to that student. He would be the fourth person I’ve represented who was falsely smeared as a mass murderer by a rightwing misinfo campaign. I’m getting pretty good at it.
- Today my law firm secured a quarter-billion dollar verdict in New Mexico against Michelin for defects in their tires that threaten all of our lives on the roadway, and I don’t think you’ll see a single news story about it. Corporate malfeasance thrives in the shadows.
- My partner Kyle Farrar and I spoke to ABOTA about the benefits and challenges of live-streaming the Alex Jones trial. It was a great conversation along with David Siegel of Courtroom View Network: www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSWN...
- In addition to being in the process of losing his business, this man has also lost his juice.
- 9 months later, and I’m happy to report that Musk’s attempt to dismiss this class-action has failed. Let me give you some updates… 🧵
- My dumb ass at 19 signing my first predatory loan.

- Reposted by Mark Bankston(Banging on the window of a guy talking on the phone in his car) hey man you’re in a filter bubble. Hang on (aggressively rattling the door handle) let me get in there and show you the most racist image you have ever seen,
- Reposted by Mark BankstonEverything that’s happened over the past six months has been a response to an imaginary crisis. There is no immigrant invasion. No trade crisis. No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

- Well that’s weird. Musk refused to delete his ridiculous tweets accusing my innocent client of committing a “false flag” Nazi attack. I wonder what’s different here…
- This is even funnier if you remember that shortly after Epstein was released from prison the first time for raping a minor, Elon Musk went to his house and hung out with him.
- That’s $500k in “non-economic” damages. In other words, it lets you seek $500k for the emotional agony of viewing pornography. But here in my home state of Texas, if medical negligence results in the paralysis of your child, you’re limited to $250k for your anguish.

- "The Truth vs. Alex Jones," the documentary about the Sandy Hook trials, just won a Peabody Award. It features unprecedented footage from inside a U.S. courtroom, and it manages to capture both the horror and absurdity of this story. You can watch it on HBO Max. peabodyawards.com/award-profil...

- Regarding the Grok mess today, I see a lot of takes saying “Musk broke Grok and it still won’t say white genocide is real.” But that’s not quite what’s happening. In fact, I’d argue that something far more insidious is taking place. 🧵

- As someone who spent six years of the prime of my career fighting against the idea that you can advance your political agenda by recklessly spreading the assertion that a deadly shooting was staged to a mass audience while lacking any semblance of quality evidence, man, get the fuck outta here.
- Today, my firm won a $31 million jury verdict against XPO Logistics and its subcontractors for negligently causing the death of 25-year-old Josué Calá. Corporate negligence threatens us all, and in an age of vanishing regulations, holding them accountable in court is vital to our safety.
