- There were a lot of red flags tbh, but I keep thinking about how an emergency room—operates on urgency—deemed him stable enough to wait 4 hours in the waiting room to be seen…but apparently putting him down was the “only option.” If he needed to be put down…you allowed him to sit for 4 hours? OK.
- When I got him home and let him out of the crate, the first thing he did was eat and drink. Second thing he did was come up to me for attention. But y’know…dying cat. :/

- TW: Sick animal / Blood — My cat got a nosebleed last night & I was up all night trying to manage it. I am taking him to urgent care as we speak. I have no idea how much the bill is going to be, so if you’re able and willing to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
- He has a vet appointment on Wednesday with a new specialist, and I think that’s the most discouraging part. He has had this mysterious upper respiratory issue for over a year, and I have spent about $10k now between tests, specialists, medication, management, and vet visits.
- He’s “healthy” according to his most recent blood work (Mid-April). All cell counts fine, all disease negative (except FHV & a potential low-ranking heart murmur; but he had been on steroids for a long period before this test for these issues). Everything else…normal.
