- Did I accidentally find the best burrito? Korean Burritos filled with bulgogi or gochujang pork. Huge amounts of filling, and balance of salad vegetables. This is well worth going out of your way for. Only complaint is the tortilla is pretty chewy. mapnotation.com/geonote/868a...
- Last cooked dinner before flying out. Pork chops with roasted potatoes onions and pea pesto. Don't let Italians dictate to you pesto must be basil, Pine nuts and parmasean. So long as you have a green herb, and a cheese it can be pesto. This is basil, peas, garlic and Tillamook 2 year for cheese.

- Breakfast this morning. Fresno pepper green onion egg sandwich with Tillamook 2 year (best value in cheese ever) Still getting rid of stuff in the fridge before I fly out. Aeropress coffee with darigold fit.
- What I made: Chana masala with eggs, and cabbage aloo masala. Don't be fooled, this is really a (get rid of stuff in the fridge) dinner. Leftover cabbage, Fresno chilis, potatoes and eggs. Make what's in your fridge, not for social media.
- What I made today: pork chops with sautéed mushrooms and broccolini. Yes the broccolini is yelllowed because I forgot about it for a week. Tasted fine. Dinner isn't the pursuit of likes or attention. It's to feed yourself. This is what really happens.
