- He's not always super keen on trying new things, so I was a bit nervous when I heard that Ian's class Christmas party would be at the skating rink. But this kid jumped right in, strapped on the skates, got himself up when he fell down, and had a great time. Super proud of him!
- Today's office vibe: advent candles, lamp light, fireplace sounds, and the Vince Guaraldi trio. Can't be beat.
- Belated #sblaar25 post: I had the privilege of reviewing this wonderful book by @jeremiahcoogan.bsky.social, @candidamoss.bsky.social, and Joseph Howley at this year’s conference. It was a pleasure to read and you should definitely check it out!

- Packed up some of the office tech to create this mobile podcast recording studio. Worked really well for its first time out! Looking forward to continued recording-flexibility in our future!
