- So, apparently the Star Trek wiki, Memory Alpha, has settled on "SA" on the abbreviation for 'Starfleet Academy'. It's a good thing there isn't another fairly common usage on the internet for that particular initialism. Oh.... Oh no!
- I consider it a personal failing whenever I mention 'Avatar' and the person with whom I'm speaking assumes I mean the James Cameron films, and not the cartoons about overcoming fascism through the combined power of martial arts and friendship.

- Going through a folder of screen shots, and I found this gem from the 2023 Star Trek Annual, written by Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing, with art by Rachel Scott. Data having no chill and very little adaptability as a game master is pretty much what I would expect from an AI gm.

- One of the players in my game found a project promoting the development of an “artificial intelligence” game master for TTRPGs. Considering the page can’t even adequately describe its intent, I am not confident in the AI’s ability to deal with handful of goblins that make up the average game group.
