- Brandis Meath doesn't pay taxes because he considers himself stateless and therefore there are no taxes for him to pay. Lucas is ALSO statetless but also is just unaware that he is supposed to pay taxes (Tataru might actually just be paying his taxes) Ayleth is honest to a fault on her taxes.

- The problem with playing a support character in a team game is when your team refuses to play as a team, it means you kinda can't do shit.
- Brandis: Unclear. He was able to read in some sense before leaving the mountain, and picked up other languages in Dalmasca. Ayleth: She learned to read the enchiridion. Lucas: Lucas has trouble reading. Not to say he can't, but he never properly learned.

- I did not think I would start playing a MOBAs again. Since I was a pretty awful and toxic league player. But I dunno. This is pretty fun and I've been keeping pretty chill all things considered.

- I mean, this leads me to a bit of a take: Skyrim isn't an RPG. It's an action game with some residual RPG elements.
- Imagining some poor Halonic partitioner having to work confessional duty, hearing the normal things, only for the warrior of light to sit on the other side of the confession booth and confess to the crime of papicide. Like yeah, he was a primal that had to die - he was still the arch-bishop.
- I enjoy RPing that Brandis has gaps in his knowledge. No. He can't explain how the time difference between the source and Alexandria happened. But he knows it happened. He knows he was there for 30 years. He just doesn't understand things enough to know how it worked.

- Man, I don't know how Square Enix is going to publish 11 final fantasy games in two years. But they have promises to keep.
- There hasn't been anything major, but some stuff about Brandis basically got left on the cutting room floor. We do not count proto-Brandis as a retcon because he's a totally different guy who never saw the light of day.

- I have been saying this to a small group of people in discord but I'll post it wider. Do not optimize the fun out of your play experience. Find things you like doing on the list and do them. And if you're getting bored of what you're doing? Mix it up. There's a lot on that list.
