Seriously, the IFPA basically said, "you wanna play, you gotta pay, no opt outs for sanctioned tournaments". I'm not surprised, given Becker was already running tournaments as no-opt-out events... That's not how you handle it, you handle it by tackling the earlier problem that caused the opt-outs.
