I am pondering where to publish the next version of my ice sheet and paleo topography reconstruction PaleoMIST. If I publish it in the fledgling diamond open access journal Geodynamica, will it get the same attention as the first version, published in Nature Communications? What do you think?
My first paper published in volcanica is about to become my most cited! That was in relatively early days of the journal. 80 ish citations in 3 years. Done way better than my two nat comms papers.
