- Ich durfte als Sachverständige im Menschenrechtsausschuss des @bundestag.de für @dielinkebt.de über das Lieferkettengesetz sprechen. ⏱️ Gutes Timing: Morgen diskutiert der Bundestag, ob das Lieferkettengesetz abgeschwächt werden soll – unter Verstoß gegen das menschenrechtliche Rückschrittsverbot! 🚫

It seems to have forgotten what "supervision" (and the separation of powers) mean...

- Die BReg hat den Entwurf zur Änderung des Lieferkettengesetzes beschlossen: Für Einsparungen von gerade mal 795,81 € pro Jahr pro Unternehmen wird die Wirksamkeit des Gesetzes riskiert, indem Berichtspflichten abgeschafft und Sanktionsmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt werden. Eine zynische Rechnung!

- Reposted by Lisa PitzTag 5 und die Regierung widerspricht sich in Brüssel vor laufenden Kameras. Noch am Freitag hatte Bundeskanzler Merz im Kommandoton von der EU die komplette Abschaffung des europäischen Lieferkettengesetzes verlangt. Davon will sein Vize Klingbeil jetzt nichts mehr wissen.
