I think McSweeney needs to go. It is just one thing after another and almost always has his finger prints on it.
It feels like as soon as something makes its way to the PM a sensible decision is made. McSweeney is door keeping and failing to provide effective information and timely advice.
Well it wouldn't be anywhere near as disruptive as Starmer going, so if it wins brownie points without much upheaval I'm happy for McSweeney to go.
