- I'm relatively happy with how this one turned out. It was definitely a "trust the process" piece for me.

- I wish I was enough.
- It’s sometimes real annoying having the intellectual self and the emotional self. The part that understands someone else’s neurodivergence and how it affects their communication and tries not to take it personally, and the part that is hell bent on being very anxious about it anyway.
- Another WIP today. I’m much happier with it at this point, and I think I need to “trust the process” or whatever… 🤣
- So, as I'm trying to do these alters, I feel like I'm running into an issue where it feels like if the paint is fluid enough to flow, it's not opaque enough for actual coverage. Do I maybe just need to be patient and do more layers? Or is the paint maybe a problem?
- I figured it might be fun to document some of my trials and progress learning how to paint/alter. This is super early in the process, but I think I like the direction it's going?
- I got a super cool Esper Wernog deck for a holiday gift exchange and thought it deserved its own custom clue token :)
- Sometimes I become super aware of just how autistic my brain is, of how painfully frustrating it is to feel like I just don’t understand people and never will.
- I'm on like a weeks-long string of bad Magic games, and it's been so discouraging. Almost to the point where I'm not even sure I want to play. I don't know if I've just angered some cosmic god of luck, or if I'm genuinely just bad at this game, but I've ended more nights sad than not recently.

I would love @seananmcguire.bsky.social to be able to return to Lorwyn after this and write another side book ;)

- One of those AuDHD nights where I feel like I was actively too much and taking up too much space and got too excited about something and potentially ruined things for myself. It’s hard not to feel inherently broken.

- Okay, admittedly, maybe I should have “planned this out” and not just “gone solely on vibes” but… I think there’s something there? Maybe? WIP either way…
- Y'all, @seananmcguire.bsky.social 's writing is so beautiful and evocative. You can literally feel the shift from Lorwyn to Shadowmoor in the tone and word choices. I thought EoE was amazing, but this is incredible, and makes me so hyped for Omens of Chaos.
