Talk to me about British quiz shows, podcasts, Mets, Caps, gymnastics, F1 (but not on Netflix), nukes, cozy cooking shows, and decaf melanges. She/Her.
- My two favorite things from the Twin Cities: Prince and the Revolution.

- @joereid.bsky.social @chrisvfeil.bsky.social As your resident nuclear policy Gary who has actually "been there," I volunteer as tribute for the now inevitable The House of Dynamite THOB episode.
- President Trump's interview on 60 Minutes did very little to clarify his stance on the United States resuming full-scale nuclear tests for the first time in more than three decades. Let's look at some of his statements. 1/11
- One answer to the question, "So why do we need to test our nuclear weapons?" was "Well, because you have to see how they work." The good news is that we know more about how nuclear weapons work now than we ever did in the era of nuclear testing. 2/11
- Reposted by Corey HindersteinResuming U.S. nuclear testing, as President Trump has suggested, “would do more to benefit our adversaries than the United States," says @coreyah.bsky.social on @npr.org. More from Corey on why: www.npr.org/2025/10/30/n...

- Do you remember? The very first day of Metstember. Let’s go @mets.com!

- Don't forget that foundational investments in the #NNSA's nonproliferation capabilities mean we have off-the-shelf tools for out-of-the-ordinary situations. With at least 400 kgs of enriched uranium in the wind, what would a regime collapse mean for global security? 1/5
- Great discussion @pranayrvaddi.bsky.social and @ebrewer.bsky.social. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

- I’m very worried about the plan for NNSA’s nonpro funding and share why here. Bad for security and bad for deterrence!
- Joe is a great communicator, so this is a real compliment.
- It will be very interesting to see how Russia engages with Iran in light of their January 2025 Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. I can’t imagine Putin would be happy about any requests that would undermine military objectives in Ukraine.

- Excited for Reuters's "SMR & Advanced Reactor 2025" from 12-13 May in Nashville (reutersevents.com). I'm chairing a Keynote Panel on May 12 on "Nuclear Power and Big Tech: Meeting the Surging Demand from Hyperscalers and Data Center" ft. TVA, Siemens Energy, AECON Group Inc. and Oracle.
- And Mallory Stewart! Now you can’t say no!
