- This morning I realised impact rarely roars. This afternoon I’m running a workshop for a student society because a student asked me to. They’d attended a version of the workshop I ran last summer. They wanted to share it with their peers. I can’t asked for a greater impact than that.
- Made a kite of sorts this afternoon. Not convinced it would fly though. Lightweight sticks w d heavy paper.

- Was actually out in a kayak this morning. Wasn’t far, or for long, but is a start after a break in paddling.

- Don’t make it to Park Run but still went for a run. Have gotten out every other day since Tuesday. Including a very soggy Thursday lunchtime
- Found my trail shoes, don’t know where my winter tights are and just had to download @parkrunuk.bsky.social bar code. Guess it’s sleep time
