- The Feldenkrais method - It's amazing. It's so good that it sounds too good to be true: it reduces friction in your joints, it releases unconscious tension from years & years of unconscious habit, it allows for greater balance at any age. And I am living proof of that. at 64
- Stress creates unconscious tension. Tension results in compression on delicate nerves. Compression means PAIN. To STOP the cycle, you have to be willing to learn to relax. DEEP relaxation, not just watching videos.
- When your motives are clean and not attached to some force of coercive manipulation, or some sense of denial, or some sense of should, life is just easier, it's just more fun.
- So most of the issues that plague you can be tracked long before they become a major issue. But we are taught to ignore the feedback until it becomes a $4,000 medical bill. Stop that.
- Excruciating pain in the hand shouldn't mean you have to get carpal tunnel surgery. It usually starts in the shoulder or in the neck, but most people don't know this.

- TONUS. In most people, the tonus in their muscles far exceed what's necessary. Tonus is the contraction of the anti-gravitational muscles at rest; these are the muscles that counteract gravity. This means you are using far more energy than necessary, but you can reset tonus if you know how.
- How to manage pain: TENSION. Most people never take the time to scan their body, or even just the face, to notice if they are holding tension that could consciously be released.
- Release this assumption that there is a magic cure. Learn to to align with the flow & move effortlessly toward greater expansion & a new reality. You already have the tools you need inside yourself. You just need to train them.
- Do you know anyone who seems to have had some unnecessary medical interventions? Who's pushing that?
- The first principle that you need to understand is that your body is a self organizing mechanism. It wants to heal. That's its job to protect you and keep you functioning. Doctors know this. Why do they deflect your attention from this foundational understanding?
- Sometimes a gentle reminder helps ground you when the world is too insane to contemplate. Remember, Peace Starts Within, or simply, PSW, PSW, PSW...
- Talk is cheap. Only a somatic approach for releasing trauma, can free you from chronic pain, especially the grief that has come out of relentless changes to the world we live in. Try it. Search for me on YT.
- Complete the feedback loop of what your body is trying to tell you. Instead of treating your body as if it were a thing that only others can influence, reclaim your sovereignty by by learning how to address chronic tension.
