I also can't get the phrase "wet gap" out of my head. Absolutely recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in medieval history.

I usually rely on YA to get me back into reading after episodes, but this is perfect too! It's paced well to get you motivated to read, and it's an easy read to build confidence.
