- Yesterday President Zelenskyy signed a decree to withdraw from the Mine Ban Treaty as Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia. But there’s a critical difference: #Ukraine is involved in an ACTIVE armed conflict. Under Article 20 of the treaty, withdrawal during armed conflict is prohibited.
