- Just purchased the flexi-disc 7" for this: POWER TRIPPIN' DIPSHITS by the Taxpayers feat. Ryan Cassata, which benefits Open Market MN and funding Rent Relief For MN folks in need. Song is great, video even better. On Ernest Jenning, ofc. Purchase/watch: taxpayers.bandcamp.com/album/power-...
- A John Oswald/Sonic Youth The Diamond Sea plunderphonics release. It's finally happening!
- This beautiful small book, THREE CHORDS AND BLESSED NOISE by @carynrose.bsky.social, arrived a few days ago and I can’t wait to tear through it. A small, immediately published physical tour diary is as up my alley as it gets.

- Reposted by Conrad DoucetteI wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Stay free
- Reposted by Conrad DoucetteHaven’t seen many athletes comment on the news in Minneapolis outside of Haliburton, but here’s two time All/Pro Broncos guard Quinn Meinerz, who takes the field in an hour:

- Reposted by Conrad DoucetteI came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.
- Reposted by Conrad DoucetteWe’ve decided to make this story free for all readers, forever. We hope you’ll support this reporting by sharing it.
- As Homeland Security’s siege on Minneapolis enters its third week, locals are volunteering for patrol shifts, protesting in the streets, and keeping one another up to date in group texts. Read more from @scottmeslow.bsky.social in Minneapolis:

- I don’t think I’ve ever seen this - thanks, Matt! We suggested this to Bob and he told us it was one of his favorites. What a thrill. Here we’ve got Sam Cohen, me, Bryan Devendorf, Scott Devendorf, and Walter Martin, w/ Josh Kaufman and Kyle Resnick out of frame. Aaron Dessner hadn’t arrived yet…

- Second YLT show I’ve been fortunate to catch this week. Quiet then loud, then quiet again with Norah Jones. To hear Randy Newman and Bob Dylan (not to mention NJ and YLT) songs performed live by these four people in the encore was a dream.
