- There is a difference between value creation and value extraction. The problem we have is we worship those who extract the value and not those that create it. It has been this way since the feudal system and it is time to change.

- The fear of being replaced seems strong in the human set of innate worries. The fear of migrants and AI taking our jobs seem particularly powerful right now in certain quarters. It is amazing any of those with such a mindset ever have children. They literally will replace us.
