- Built in the early 1900's this water tower served the community of Rockland, Victoria British Columbia. During the city of Victoria's 100th birthday in 1962, the tower was refitted with a 22-foot tall neon flame that lit the skyline for the whole city to see. #abandoned #Canada #urbex #廃墟
