- Not saying it's global warming or anything... But I am at 1000m, looking up to peaks at 2000m mid November. It's warm & sunny. Lunch out on the terrace. No coats, no snow. Bees, birds, butterflies. Flowers & buds on the plum tree

- Together with Slovakian producer Viajur and their talented winemaker Tomas Dilong, we have created a very different rosé. Made with Slovak variety Dunaj (teinturier with a Muscat grandparent), aged in acacia & sold in a can. Looking forward to the next vintage 2023.
