A federal judge sentenced a Baltimore man to 25 years in prison for posing as a police officer to kidnap and carjack a check-cashing business employee in 2021. What's Happening: 35-year-old Donte Davon Stanley received the sentence from U.S. District Judge Brendan A. Hurson. He'll serve five years of supervised release after his prison term. What's Important: Stanley and a co-conspirator used a police-style light bar and wore police vests and badges to pull over their victim.
