Reminder that some users will pretend to be democrats, liberals, allies and the such in their profile. This list includes that as well as your more traditional troll. Just because someone has a trans flag or liberal in their handle doesn't mean they aren't agitators in disguise.

Scrapers are accounts that steal, sometimes monetize, generic "interesting content" (animals! space! nature!), often with misleading captions, without permission from the creators, to gain clout. This list primarily focuses on science/art-related content, including photography. Report via DM.

Blocklist for those accounts that steal and post dog and cat pics and videos without giving credit. Also for raccoons. And otters.

Because we're not doing this here. Includes accounts that scrape entertainment news sites to create “content,” either by reposting quotes or screenshots, often without attribution. Movie, TV, music, video game news, etc. If I’ve missed an account on this list, hit me up and I’ll take a look!

Accounts that ping my radar as inauthentic in *some* fashion, but in a way that I can't put my finger on. Also lists accounts I need to come back and investigate more. This list runs entirely on vibes and trained pattern-matching and may be prone to false positives: manual mode advised.

Users from the pump and dump boiler room of the cryptocurrency/forex/stock trading/finance guru world trying to sell you their snake oil. Does not include people whose discussion is incidental. Includes some NFT scammers and pushers, but it's not a primary focus.

Accounts with a primary purpose of artificially driving traffic to a site, increasing search engine ranking, posting low-quality "helpful tips", or offering manipulative spam software or services rather than authentic participation. Aggressive but objective list: may catch news aggregators you want.

Exists to reply/follow for advertising something, establish persona for a scam, or automatedly manipulate conversations. Also includes credible reports of DM solicitation for scam cold opens. Combination of objective criteria, trained pattern-matching, and identifiable specific campaigns/networks.

It is highly unlikely these people are really Elon Musk, Keanu Reeves, etc. Also includes impersonating Bluesky staff, impersonating organizations, and impersonating individual Bluesky users where I can verify in which direction the impersonation goes.

Block accounts that post violence against animals. This includes accounts that like said posts. Verify accounts, at your digression, by viewing media and replies of listed accounts.

You want to block these people. They're either posting unwanted gore/bugs/hateful things.
