- I read college applications for a top-100 university and have for ten years now. They’re getting notably worse. I expected the essays to jump in quality bc of ChatGPT, but many haven’t, which leads me to believe they don’t even know their essays are poorly done. Same students: A+ in AP English.

- This might work for your brain but studies have also shown that people with ADHD often also sleep worse after caffeine. This doesn’t work me, for example, bc caffeine makes my heart race and that makes me uncomfortable. Give it a shot, but YMMV!
