- For 12wks I’ve been in Cohort 3 of the Beanstalk Drought Resilience Lab. It gave us structured commercialisation support, market validation, investor readiness & direct mentoring from agrifood venture builders. I was selected to the final 8 & pitched my idea at an innovator showcase. 🧬 #agritech
- Arrived in Queenstown New Zealand for an 11 day #holiday. It’s pitch dark but the view from our rental is spectacular. Can’t wait to see it in the morning!

- US singled out Aussie beef when justifying tariffs, saying US beef is banned from import. Yet 🇦🇺 Dept Ag says there’s no ban on importing US beef provided it can prove the beef was from cattle born/ raised/slaughtered in US. So what’s going on here? Excuses much 🤨 www.abc.net.au/news/2025-04...

- Reposted by Dr. Auriol PurdieTwenty-four hours into his time, Sen. Booker just passionately defended public science and universities-- which, at their best, are cornerstones of democracy and a powerful tool for collective liberation (which is why they've been so aggressively attacked).
