I planted a winter spinach but no sprouts yet. It'd be nice to have fresh greens.
I worked this evening so when I came home I enjoyed a simple bowl of oats and quinoa with a mini ice cream sandwich for dessert.
I love breakfast for dinner and dessert for breakfast dessert! Approved! Haha
Right? I do so much better with a light dinner, too. Lunch is my best time for the bigger meal. But not too big. I'm a bit of a grazer.
