- Third attempt at oatmeal sandwich bread. The previous attempts had a nice taste and texture, but the top kept collapsing, which was due to over-proofing. This one looks perfect, but I still need to wait until it cools before slicing into it.

- I'm not a religious mutt, but there's definitely that side of me that hopes for a certain afterlife scenario. I hope if I'm ever standing at the gates of St. Peter, on the other side is every dog I have ever owned, waiting to greet me like I'm coming home from school or work for the last time.
