- With a couple of days to go until 'payday' I was overjoyed to discover I had a Gluten Free pepperoni pizza left, so I wouldn't just be having porridge for dinner, as well as breakfast. I got foggy brained, and incinerated it. But it was the last interesting food in the house, so I ate it.

- I ❤️ Amitriptyline! Since I suddenly forgot how to ignore background pain (after being told to lookout for joint/muscle pain as a side effect of another medication), I've hardly slept. Now the sharp pain spikes are masked, & the pain is down to an allover throb, which I can easily sleep through. #FMS
- Today I bought unshelled sunflower seeds for the first time. It’s absolutely worth paying extra for the shelled*, unless (like me) you have portion control issues, in which case you're sick of shelling them after about ten. (*especially when you consider you're throwing most of their weight away)

- I got my Fibromyalgia diagnosis this week, I think back to a friend trying to get one, years ago, and being treated like a big old fibber by their doctor. Fast forward a couple of decades, and it was my GP who suggested it may be the issue, and fast tracked all the tests to rule out other problems.

- I'm growing to loathe Mina & her friend in the Samsung fold adverts, the smugness oozes from the screen, I'm starting to think I'm going to have to pay for the ad free version, maybe that's part of the reason for insufferable ads.
- Today I'm one step away from my Fibromyalgia diagnosis, just one more blood test to check on Vitamin D, and some Autoimmune thing, and then I'll have yet another diagnosis to add to the pile, fun times, but the end of a long road.
- The one, repeated mistake I make, when I'm tired & hungry, is my memory confusing habanero, and jalapeno. Written on my android, from my toilet.
- Nothing says "I can't sleep" like having the time to sort through and delete 7077 emails.
- Just had my PIP extended for another four years, I am so relieved right now.
- The speed with which it changes from, "Fuck me, why is it bright so late?" to, "Fuck me, why is it dark so early?" is still surprising me after decades of existence.

- Petition to make the collective noun for Orangutans, Orangugang.
- GP is organising an appointment for me to do a Fibromyalgia assessment. She says she's not in much doubt, and it would fit with a lot of my other issues, and history of comments about background pain. Oh and over the last month I've lost a stone & brought my ALTs down from just over 100, to 70 :)
