- Still haven't figured out a good creative work schedule after the day job. The extra eight hours of work and the commute make it harder than before to get up to the studio. I'm getting "some" work done at home, but not as much as I would like. I have a good life otherwise, so it isn't all bad. :)

- Woot! Finally got some time up at the studio. About seven hours today. Will be up here most of the day tomorrow too. Feels good getting back up here. Feels right. :) Learned how medieval peeps wore their belts and scabbards. Research things, y'all! There's no need to guess.

- It's 20 years since @seanphillips.bsky.social and I exchanged a sketchbook back and forth in the mail, a drawn &painted call and response. INTERSECTIONS may be out of print but here is a flip through that sketchbook. You can still find the book out there :)
- Don’t know if I brought this up here, but I sold an Amazing Spider-man 129, the first appearance of the Punisher, for $600 a few weeks ago. (Prob coulda got more🤷🏻♀️) So, I bought myself a second pen display for my home. 22” XP-Pen for $375. Stoked!!

- My day job gives out packs of candy to each shop that we deliver to. That means we always have buckets of candy. It’s a blessing and a curse. 🤪
- Got about 5 hours in up at the studio. Completed the first round of layouts for my new Dungheap comic. 10 pages. Making progress!! Hopefully, loaded it up to google Drive so I can work on it from home. Still not sure when I will make it up here through the week.
- Still acclimating to my new life with a day job. Haven’t figured out studio balance. I miss seeing everyone. Got some drawing and some writing in today and there is still more day left. Balance will come.
- Had a realization that I was old when I went to see the The Crow. The host asked who had and who hadn't seen the movie then asked who had seen it when they were a teen and went into how formative it was in his teen brain. I was 23 when it came out. 🤦♀️
- Got my tickets for the original Crow tonight at Hollywood Theater. Best Soundtrack Ever!!!
- This day job is really cutting into my creativity and getting on social media. I don’t get a lot of new followers but SM is one of my only social or networking outlets. Feeling a bit stifled.

- At the day job I have played nearly 30 games of Marvel Snap, two games of darts and read about 4 chapters in my book. Also moved a few boxes. Missing the studio. I am waaaay tired and hurting. Hoping it gets better as I get used to it so I’m not falling asleep when I do make it to the studio.
- This day job has me moving around and organizing things so much it’s hard to get my head into social media. It’s been pretty slow tho so they said I could bring my Surface and draw. I can finally get paid for making comics!! 🤪
