- Birthday cake Take on a schwarzwälder No kirsch because my sister wouldn't be able to eat it, but it ended up way too rich for her in the end anyway 😂 Luckily for her I fucked up the first sponge and made cake pops out of it and those were more to her taste
- Mom's birthday cake Repeat of last years with some refineminements. Top didn't turn out as pretty, but the taste was incredible 3 layers of princess sponge with a full batch of vanilla custard and a litre of macerated strawberries for fillings. Used the syrup from the berries to brush the sponges 👌
- Last week was my sister's birthday, so here's the obligatory cake post Turned out really pretty ngl
