Been a bit of a strained day in Castle Bloke today. Mrs Hat's been in a distant sort of mood, not really 'in', having to repeat things to her. I'm bothered it might be the first signs of dementia, but she'll only get angry if I try to have that conversation. Not easy. Not easy at all.
