- TW/Disclosure I fearlessly and relentlessly discuss and advocate for acknowledgment of CSA. I will continue to do that unapologetically. Currently, I do not have the bandwidth to learn a new coded language about my lived experiences.
- Not an alternative view point, but an additional consideration from a survivor - I think we have to be very careful about enforcing coded language of real traumas that society already refuses to acknowledge and discuss. Survivors should not feel ashamed for existing in their truth.
- I just had to stop a session 20 minutes in and walk the client back to class because the urge to get sick hit me so suddenly and painfully and the kid looked so sad - I feel AWFUL someone talk me off the ledge 😭
