- Physical health degrading rapidly. Mental health degrading rapidly. shut down.
- 2025, the worst year of my life, still hasn't ended for me. I don't know when it will. I'm trying so hard to find a way away but it's like doors are closed on my face as soon as I find an avenue and with my advancing chronic health problems, I am frequently stopped by gaps in care or something new.

- Dear Everyone, I am disabled and like many other people in my situation, I am still unable to have my own place even under programs I have tried to apply for. I live in a state of housing insecurity where verbal abuse is consistent, especially from my younger sister, who is chronically online.
- All green. Odd, stressful trespassing incident. Uncooperative house members give an unreliable report of the incidents with mockery, unaware of just how dangerous things are for people in this country, even if you are a citizen, especially of color, with 20 years of activism.
- A knock has come to the door. It is midnight. There is commotion downstairs. I cannot hear anything. They are asking to go around into our backyard. Who is they? What is in the backyard? I hear car doors outside slamming. I am laying in bed in pain due to chronic pain and a recent surgery.
