- Also this deploring of “oh bureaucracy is such a problem, we can’t do anything”, well THEN SOLVE IT. What do you think your job is? Who IS in charge, if not you?!
- Not to say that bureaucracy and bureaucratic culture isn't infuriating - it is. But if you call yourself a leader and you have power then it is your responsibility to change it.
