- Reposted by Katie CashmanThis morning there was an ICE presence on McKinley street but then over 20 neighbors responded right away with their whistles and cameras and ICE left. This follows over a dozen ICE agents breaking into an apartment on Franklin Ave at 6 am this morning without presenting a warrant.
- Reposted by Katie CashmanMy friend lives in this building and said it was truly terrifying. The whole building woke up to their building being broken into by federal agents all to grab some guy who’s posted about being anti facist.
- Been to two ATMs in South Mpls today that are out of cash. They really think they can leave Katie Cashman without cash like that?? No but seriously…. This is odd.

- Tonight is caucus night for democrats statewide. I’m all set to go to caucus for @ilhanmn and other courageous and unbought progressives running for elected office. I’ll also be introducing an ICE OUT resolution which will hopefully be adopted by the state @dfl.org party.
- Reposted by Katie CashmanBovino needs to go. Noem needs to go. Miller needs to go. But firing or impeaching any of these people will not unilaterally change what’s happening in Minnesota. That’s why Congress needs to exert some muscle over DHS/ICE funding.

- The fascists feds are arresting the black journalists who are covering Minnesotan resistance. This is not right! What Pam Bondi calls a “coordinated attack” was press coverage of a peaceful assembly - which are both first amendment constitutional rights.
- I’ll be caucusing on Tuesday because it is *essential* that we elect courageous, un-bought progressives up and down the ballot this November. I hope the @dfl.org will arrange virtual caucuses and conventions for our safety and for the inclusion of those who have been forced to stay indoors.
- Reposted by Katie CashmanThis morning, Tom Homan said that operations will be more targeted, but that’s not what we are seeing. If you are vulnerable to deportation, I want you to know that you still have to be careful. 1/

- Reposted by Katie CashmanI wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Stay free
- If you work at a company that is doing less than the bare minimum to get ICE out of Minnesota and needs to be doing MORE, sign onto this letter! Coming together for the good of our state requires all of us.
- What does “we keep us safe” mean? You’re looking at it in Minneapolis.
- Rest in Power, Alex Pretti. We will never forget your courage.
- Wherever you are, light a candle tonight at 7:00 to honor Alex’s memory 🕯️This is terrible but remember - you are not alone. ♥️
- Are we in a black mirror episode? What is happening? Ice just executed another neighbor in MPLS. 😭 What will it take for congress to stop these rogue murderers? We need folks in EVERY STATE to demand their electeds take action. This has to stop.
- Powerful march today. Keep putting salt in their gears to slow down this disgusting federal operation. ICE OUT NOW!
- Anyone know with ATU 1005 joining the strike tomorrow what we can expect for interruptions to @metrotransitmn.bsky.social service? Thank you 🙏

- This is horrible. Who is running against Rep. Stauber that I can start campaigning for? That man is clearly bought and paid for by big business, not Minnesotans.
- GENERAL STRIKE FRIDAY. No work. No school. No shopping. There will be a march downtown starting at the Commons Park at 2:00pm hosted by local unions and multi-faith organizations pursuing peace and justice for our people.
- Reposted by Katie CashmanThis is what happened in our neighborhood yesterday. ICE snatched a human being off of our streets, roughed them up badly, and then pepper sprayed legal observers as they documented it all. This is a daily occurrence happening all throughout Minnesota right now.

- Anyone have any anti-ice protest playlists they’d like to share? I need some revolutionary music today for fuel! Revolution music from chile : ✊ open.spotify.com/playlist/0ya...
- I believe an important part of our resistance is organizing a large scale boycott of the companies complicit in fascism, and specifically this cruel operation. Does anyone know of a well-researched and cited list of companies getting $$$ to help ice, like hotels and car rentals, etc?

- I feel this so hard. Y’all don’t even know the amount of long johns and wool socks and neck gators I am ready to wear to defend neighbors. ICE hasn’t seen the HALF of what Minneapolis can do. 🚫🧊

- Plz dm me if you want to get connected and trained to do ice patrols. It’s important for us to be doing everything we can to prevent ICE from stealing more of our neighbors. If you’re a person of privilege, time to use it 🚫🧊
- History tells us that this is NOT A GOOD IDEA. I’m so tired of war mongers spreading propaganda to advance their violent and greedy agenda of power and control.
