It is amazing how many democracy "guardrails" have turned out to be painted road lines. I personally did not know how much our government operates like the movie "Air Bud", and one day I hope to stop asking, "Wait, can they DO that?" Then again, a dog President would be SO good, aw, yes they WOULD!
