Scott Rhatigan: That bill is to keep DST permanently, which is probably why it's failing. Of course, a bill to abolish DST will also probably fail for the same reasons. In the end, I don't think America needs its own special 'merica time with DST. We delude ourselves enough, let's leave the clocks out of it? 🙂
