- 🌱 New paper out We confirm that the three-dimensional structure of nature’s values (i.e., instrumental, intrinsic, and relational values) also holds in Japan. In addition, traditional worldviews, such as animism and anthropomorphism, are associated with relational values. doi.org/10.1016/j.cr...

- 🌍 New theoretical paper out! How do key parameters of neutral theory control temporal beta diversity? Simple simulations reveal: ✅ Temporal distance-decay has upper limits ✅ Strong parameter dependency Time ≠ Space — obvious, but still overlooked.
- New paper out! 🌿🦋 How does tropical forest restoration affect butterfly communities? We analysed over 10,000 fruit-feeding butterflies in Uganda and found that as forests mature, body size diversity increases, distributions become more balanced, and intraspecific variation matters.
